With so much to remember about managing your type 2 diabetes, it can feel like your diabetes is managing you. Keep it simple. Take control — Starlix may be what you need to reach your goal.

Starlix is an oral type 2 diabetes medication you take whenever you eat to control mealtime spikes in your blood sugar. Taking Starlix alone or in addition to either your metformin or a thiazolidinedione (or "TZD") like ACTOS®, prescribed by your doctor, can help you reach the blood sugar goal you and your doctor have agreed upon.

Sometimes diet and exercise aren't enough. You watch what you eat, stay physically active and take the diabetes medication prescribed by your doctor — but your blood sugar may still be too high. Maybe it's time to speak with your doctor to see if Starlix is right for you.

Learn how adding Starlix to your diabetes treatment plan can help you take control now.
